Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit.  The balance is kindly due at Check-In. When the entire B & B is rented, there is a mimimum $100 surcharge per night in addition to the cost of the individual rooms. Private party costs for B & B guests renting the entire B & B will vary depending on the scope of the party.  Please arrange for a free consultation. All rooms are priced for double occupancy. Accommodations for each additional guest over 2 years of age within a room is $25 per night.  A cot or pull-out sleeper, set of towels and breakfast will be provided for each additional guest.  Children of all ages are welcome at Tuscanino.  Books, toys, movies and art supplies are provided for their enjoyment. Cancellations require two weeks notice for a refund, but there will be a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within two weeks will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the room.  There will be a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations occuring during requested length of stay will be charged the full room rental rate. Rates include breakfast for each guest consisting of coffee or tea, orange juice and fresh fruit; and an assortment of delicious pastries, cereals, or muffins. Breakfast is served between 7:30 & 9:30am. Coffee is available earlier upon request.    All rooms have air conditioning and internet access free of charge. The use of the washer and dryer is available to guests upon request free of charge. Maestro has a walk-in closet with private laundry. Check in for the B&B is between 3pm and 7pm, check out is at 11am, but we would gladly try to accommodate your schedule. Please ask; we are flexible. home
