Smoke-free, pet-free, allergen-resistant environment Have allergies? Well, so have we. And, we, your Tuscanino hosts, are quite sympathetic to allergy sufferers. Therefore know that Tuscanino is fully air-conditioned (three zones on the upper, main and lower levels), has hardwood floors throughout, has just a few area rugs and allows no pets. The air conditioning system includes Aprilaire filtration that traps allergens and keeps the air clean and breathable. And, while there is a wood-burning fireplace in the Living Room, our Maestro Suite and lower level Studio have zero-clearance fireplaces where guests can enjoy the coziness of a fireplace without wood-burning effects. Please let us know whether you have allergies so that we can remove down pillows and comforters. Filtered Water and Ice For a refreshing drink, filtered water is here. No need to stock up on bottled water during your visit. Family-friendly We don’t just take kids. Martha is a Certified Lead Teacher and loves kids. Our commitment to kids is built into the structure itself. We built a separate play area into the lower level stairwell to be a children’s hangout. From the Studio this area has a child-sized entrance. When little ones see this space, they go in and play, feeling safe, knowing that the area was built just for them. Adults can fit in too but only if they ball up like a pretzel. Also, in the guest rooms where children stay and in the built-in play area ("Nani’s Office" built for our little niece who loves her space) there are toys, books, letters and play animals. Because families, even those who stay at a B&B as fine as Tuscanino, travel on a budget, we make every effort to accommodate them at the lowest price for the highest level of comfort. Cots are available. Parents with bottle-fed children may use the kitchen. Bigger children and teens find the house to be "pretty cool." With a built-in music system (selectively heard in six separate zones throughout Tuscanino), High Definition Television (HDTV), High Speed Internet Access and high quality open living spaces there is all a teenager needs to feel comfortable and "connected". Your children will agree that you made the right choice. Built-in Fire & Security Systems Tuscanino is hard wired to a central office for fire and security. This is a safe place. Please enjoy it. Bath Robes Two bath robes in every room. They are for your comfort during your stay and for when you head to the lower level to Tuscanino Spa & Studio. Tuscanino Spa & Studio Between the hours of 10 AM and 9 PM (and other times by appointment) Tuscanino overnight guests have free access to the Spa Facility. Take a sauna, relax in the steam shower or streach out by the fireplace. It’s a great way to refresh yourself.  Please bring your towel to sit on in the sauna.  Towel Service We will change them at your request. Dance Studio This area has a sprung floor with mirrors and a 40,000 BTU fireplace. It is perfect for meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, dance, stretch or personal reflection. Private Instruction Professionals are available by appointment for private instruction. Please ask and we will arrange a session for you. Your hosts, Martha and Greg, offer private and group Salsa instruction. Studio Classes Dance and Pilates classes are taught in the studio.  For private use of the Dance Studio, please ask and we will arrange it for you. Digital Piano In the Studio there sits a Yamaha Clavinova 760 awaiting a practice session or recital. This instrument is digitally sampled to (sound like) a 9-foot concert grand, is midi-capable and has different voice settings. Enjoy. Use of Your Charge Card If you want, you can put any charge for any service you have at Tuscanino on your Tuscanino account. This might add to your convenience. Massage Therapy Licensed massage therapists visit Tuscanino to work on clients. If you would like any type of professional massage including Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage, Hot Rocks, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Polarity or Sports, let us know and we will arrange it. Have your session in your room or in the Studio. Salon On-Site Why visit the Salon when at Tuscanino the Salon team will come to you? Nearly any service you can have there (manicure, pedicure, hair, nails, toes, massage), you can have here. Area Salons will make appointments with you here so that you can have your appointment at a time most convenient for you or your party in an atmosphere most enjoyable and convenient. Like the Personal Chef Service, the Salon On-Site service is ideal for wedding parties or those who want a little pampering. Live Music Consider the mood set by a concert violinist during a high tea or by a string quartet during an outdoor mixer. Perhaps a celebration party after a hard team effort or during family outing using a local band or close harmony singing group. At Tuscanino, any type of live music (or DJ) you want can be arranged. Run of the House Ask if we are booked on the night of your special upcoming event and, if not, you can rent Tuscanino for a twenty-four hour period and thereby have the entire house (with overnight accommodations) available for your private function.  Our professional team can help before, during and after your event with any or all of the following: Theme development, Decoration, Catering, Rental of tables, linens, chairs, glassware, etc.,  Guest arrival, Party favors, Transportation for Out of Town Guests, Entertainment, Digital Slide Shows (of birth to present pictures for birthdays), Photography, Floral arrangements, Accommodating Out of Town Guests (here, at Tuscanino, and among available area B&B’s as required) Clean up Morning yoga or pilates lessons  Any suggestions or special requests you might have All this for your party without any of the hassle. Or, perhaps one of the DVD’s from our library will be or one of nearly 600 Satellite channels will have a movie, sporting event or news broadcast you are interested in. High Speed Internet Access Available in every room, please let us know if you have the need for access to the Internet from your room and we will set it up for you. Otherwise, please feel free to use the already set up computer in the lower level studio. Wind data, weather, news or other free Internet services are available for you. Pillows Pillows? Well, not just any pillow a choice (based on availability) of Foam, Feather, Down, Water (orthopedic-type), and Thermapeudic (conforming foam).
